How You Can Get Involved

Ministry Teams

Thinking of going on a missions trip in the near future? There are many cost affective and safe opportunities for ministry teams to go to the reservation. Team capabilities and desires are important in determining where the go and what they do. If you are interested, CLICK HERE to fill out the form provided on this website.

Construction Teams

We are always in need of construction crews for just about every type of building and maintenance work imaginable. Crews can consist of any number of people and can be put to work at all seasons of the year. Again, if you are interested, CLICK HERE to fill out the form provided.

Financial Support

As U.S. Missionaries, our salary and work budget are generated primarily through monthly faith promises. We also, of course, accept one-time donations. Funds earmarked for specific projects go where they are intended. The new church we are building on the Lower Brule Reservation is being paid for primarily through one-time donations, so they are very important to our work. In order to give to this ministry, click onto the page, Donate, and follow the instructions.

Schedule a Service

The best way that I can share my vision with others is to schedule services in local churches. I also speak at other venues as well. To hear in person my vision for building God’s kingdom on the reservation, please fill free to contact me. On occasion I am asked if I will come to a church, public school, or other gathering simply to share my story. I rarely turn down an opportunity to do that.

Provide Christmas Boxes for A Birthday Party for Jesus

Imagine that the only Christmas your child gets is contained in a package the size of a shoebox. There are instances on the reservation where that is the case for the kids we take Christmas boxes too. Not only do these children experience the joy of getting a present, but they also get to celebrate a birthday party for Jesus that includes games, food and a birthday cake. Here is how it works:

• Collect toys, games, candy and other fun things kids like.

• Place them in shoeboxes that are sorted by age and gender for kids up to age twelve.

• Wrap them.

• Send them to my address along with a $3 donation per individual box.

• If you prefer, and if feasible, schedule a service with me so that I can come in person and pick them up.

• I need all boxes by December 1st.

Winter Wraps

Winters are not only cold on the northern plains, they are also windy. While living in South Dakota, I have experienced wind chills over one hundred degrees below zero. Too often I have seen kids coming to church without hats and mittens. Every year, I collect winter items, sort them, and take them to various reservations throughout the north. You can help me by collecting and boxing new or like new items and then sending them to me along with a $10 dollar donation per box. These donations help pay for processing and delivery. I need all items by November 1st.
